For model years 1997 through 2001, the rear spoiler must be modified (truncated).
Description:
Our exhaust systems come from Sweden from the brand Simons and are manufactured according to the ISO 9001:2008 standard. Before the systems are released to the market, the product development department creates a prototype. This prototype is always fitted directly to the vehicle, sound tests are conducted, and engine efficiency and back pressure are measured. This guarantees a 100% precise fit and engine harmony. This is because a turbocharged engine, unlike a naturally aspirated engine, does not require exhaust back pressure. For turbocharged vehicles, absorption mufflers are used, while chamber systems are used for naturally aspirated engines; both are highly sound-absorbing yet still produce a robust, sporty sound (though this is, of course, a matter of personal preference). Most of the sport exhaust systems have EC type approval (see description).
