Description:
The stainless steel ø 76mm downpipe significantly reduces back pressure, relieving the turbocharger, which in turn results in more power, torque and lower exhaust gas temperatures. The post-catalyst sensor may need to be programmed out. The downpipe is made of stainless steel except for the flanges, which are made of steel so that they do not warp and thus prevent leaks. The flange surfaces are machined flat. There are 2 lambda sensor connections M18x1,5mm welded in. The downpipe sits between the turbocharger and the exhaust system. The connection to the exhaust is like the original. A power output of up to max. 400PS can be driven; of course, the other components such as the exhaust system, injectors, manifold, intercooler, turbocharger must also be installed and the software adapted accordingly. Upgrade turbochargers such as K04-001 plug & play also fit the downpipe.
