The oil catch tank is installed between the air intake and crankshaft ventilation. It reduces the ingress of oil vapors into the intake system. The result is an improvement in the air/fuel mixture and cleaner combustion. Engine performance improves accordingly. Exhaust gas behavior is also improved, as no oil vapors are burned. This also protects the environment.
