The stainless steel ø 76mm downpipe significantly reduces backpressure, putting less strain on the turbocharger, which in turn brings more power, torque and lower exhaust gas temperatures. The post-cat sensor may need to be programmed out. The downpipe is made of stainless steel except for the flanges, which are made of steel so that they do not warp and thus prevent leaks. The flange surfaces are machined. There are 2 oxygen sensor ports M18x1.5mm welded in. The 200-cell cat has a diameter of ø 100mm. The downpipe is located between the turbocharger and exhaust system. The connection to the exhaust is like the original. It can support power up to max. 400 hp; of course, all other components such as the exhaust system, injectors, exhaust manifold, intercooler, turbocharger must also be installed and the software adjusted accordingly. Upgrade turbochargers such as K04-001 plug & play also fit the downpipe.

Registration according to §21 StVZO must be carried out by an officially recognized expert. Registration cannot be guaranteed. Since exhaust emissions depend on several factors such as exhaust gas temperature, engine power, displacement, etc., the specified Euro standard cannot be guaranteed.
