Description:
The stainless steel ø 63.5mm downpipe significantly reduces backpressure, relieving the turbos, which in turn leads to more power and lower exhaust gas temperatures. The post-catalyst sensor may need to be programmed out. The downpipe is made of stainless steel. The flange surfaces are machined. Two M18x1.5mm lambda sensor ports are welded in. The downpipe is 76mm ø from the turbo and tapers to 63.5mm with integrated flexible pipe. The connecting pipes to the exhaust are like the original. The downpipe sits between the turbocharger and the exhaust. It can handle up to a maximum of 500 hp; of course, the other components, such as the intake, exhaust system, injectors, manifold, intercooler, turbocharger also have to be installed and the software adapted accordingly. The original turbos fit the downpipe.
