Power output to approx. 220 -230 hp
Installed components:
KKK K04-001 turbocharger, 380cc injectors, 80mm mass airflow sensor, 76mm downpipe with 200-cell racing cat, upgraded intercooler or large intercooler kit, intake hose.
The control unit must be sent to us.
Procedure:
- You must send us your control unit. After the control unit has arrived with us, it takes approx. 2 working days until it is shipped back to you. Shipping then takes approx. 1-3 days to you.- Please specify which parts you have installed, i.e. which parts were replaced compared to the original parts. Please write an email for this.

Anyone who exceeds a certain power level with the 1.8T engine quickly reaches the limits of physics with the original sensors and valves. To avoid incorrect measurements and power loss, we recommend these two essential upgrades to our customers:

  • 1) 80mm mass airflow sensor upgrade (Item 280128) From an output of approx. 230+ hp, the original MAF housing reaches saturation. The result: The control unit receives incorrect measurements and can no longer calculate the mixture cleanly. The enlarged 80mm housing ensures optimal flow and exact values even at high boost pressure.

  • 2) Performance pulse valve / control valve N75 (Item 160200) The original OEM boost pressure control valve is often too weak for higher boost pressures. It tends to regulate imprecisely, which leads to boost pressure drops and noticeable power loss. Our performance valve works extremely quickly and stably – the perfect choice for your electronic manual boost controller and consistent boost pressure build-up.
