Our exhaust systems come from Sweden from the brand Simons and are manufactured according to the ISO9001:2008 standard. Before the systems are released to the market, a prototype is created by the product development department. This is always fitted directly to the vehicle, sound tests are conducted, and engine efficiency and backpressure are measured. This guarantees 100% fit accuracy and engine harmony. This is because a turbocharged engine, unlike a naturally aspirated engine, does not require exhaust backpressure. For turbocharged vehicles, absorption mufflers are used, and for naturally aspirated engines, a chamber system is used; both are highly sound-absorbing and still produce a robust, sporty sound (though this is, of course, in the eye of the beholder). The sports exhaust systems usually all have EC type approval (see description).
