For vehicles with ME7 control unit, vehicles with electronic throttle.
Power output of approx. 260 - 280 hp
Components installed:
KKK K04-001/K06 turbocharger, 380cc fuel injectors, 80mm mass airflow sensor, 76mm downpipe with 200-cell racing catalytic converter, upgraded intercooler or large intercooler kit, intake hose.
The control unit must be sent to us.
With an on-site ECU tune, power output of up to 280 hp can be achieved.
If the control unit is sent in, a maximum of 260 hp is possible.
Procedure:
- You must send us your control unit. Once we receive the control unit, it takes approximately 2 business days before it is shipped back to you. Shipping to you then takes approximately 1-3 days.- Please specify which parts you have installed, i.e. which parts have been replaced compared to the originals. Either send us an email or include a note with the control unit.

Anyone pushing a 1.8T engine past a certain power threshold will quickly hit the physical limits of the OEM sensors and valves. To mitigate measurement errors and power loss, we recommend these two essential upgrades to our customers:

1) 80mm Mass Air Flow Sensor Upgrade (Part No. 280128) At power levels of approximately 230+ hp, the original MAF housing reaches saturation. The result: The ECU receives incorrect readings and can no longer accurately calculate the air-fuel mixture. The enlarged 80mm housing ensures optimal flow and precise readings even at high boost pressure.

2) Performance Pulse Valve / Control Valve N75 (Item 160200) The original OEM boost control valve is often too weak for higher boost pressures. It tends to regulate imprecisely, leading to boost pressure drops and noticeable power loss. Our performance valve operates extremely quickly and stably – the perfect choice for your electronic steam bike and consistent boost pressure build-up.
