- We need your used turbo in order to carry out the upgrade. Your used turbo will be completely overhauled!
- Adapted, revised compressor housing CNC machined.
- Milled compressor wheel 82>59.7mm
- Reinforced actuator opens at 0.9 bar.
- Boost pressure up to 2 bar
- Turbine shaft profile ground at 14°
- Power up to 500hp (tested)
- Special 360° motorsport axial thrust bearing
- Compressor wheel with high flow rate and extended tip at 30°

Description:
- The basis for this upgrade is your used original Borgwarner 5316 998 0010 - also called K16 - with exhaust manifold and turbocharger in one. After thorough reconditioning, a milled compressor wheel (GTX form) with an adapted, CNC-machined compressor housing is installed. The turbo also receives a special 360° motorsport axial thrust bearing and a reinforced actuator as a result of the upgrade. After the upgrade, the turbo fits 1:1 back into the vehicle. All connections are as original. . The software must be adapted to the turbo. In order to achieve an output of 500hp, the following should be changed: Exhaust system min ø 76mm, downpipe min. ø 76mm, larger injectors 550cc, intercooler kit, 200-cell sports cat must be installed. With the right ECU tuning, up to 500hp are possible. We source the turbo from a German Borgwarner representative.
