Description plug&play 2.0 TFSI downpipe:

The ø 76mm downpipe significantly reduces the back pressure, relieves the turbo which in turn brings more power and lower exhaust gas temperature. The post-cat sensor may have to be programmed out. The downpipe is made of stainless steel except for the flanges, which are made of steel so they do not warp and thus prevent leaks. The flange surfaces are machined. There are 2 lambda sensor connections M18x1.5mm welded in. The connecting pipe to the exhaust has ø 76mm, it can also be ordered with a reducing sleeve 76>60mm as original. The downpipe sits between turbocharger and exhaust. A 100 cell sport cat with ø 120mm diameter is welded in. Up to max. 500HP can be driven, of course all other components such as intake, exhaust system, fuel injectors, manifold, intercooler, turbocharger must be installed and the software adapted to this. The downpipe also fits upgraded turbochargers such as K04-064 plug & play, it is simply replaced 1:1 with the original.
