Description:
- The Y-pipe sits between the turbo and the exhaust system. It is screwed onto the original turbocharger. It has a cross-section of 80mm in the upper section, two M18x1.5mm connections for the lambda probe and, due to space constraints, 63.5mm in the lower section. The larger downpipe reduces back pressure, relieves the turbo, and allows more power to be run, depending on the installed components up to 350hp. To achieve the original exhaust system, a reduction from 63>54mm must be used, but most of the time larger exhaust systems are used for tuning.
