While the standard bypass valve (SUV) is often located in an extremely hot area in front of the intercooler, our kit relocates the valve directly in front of the throttle body on the cold air side. The key advantage: Only air that has already been cooled circulates. This protects the valve’s sensitive diaphragm from thermal damage and ensures higher air density in the intake system – which directly leads to better cylinder filling and noticeably more power.
