The CCT Tuning Flasher is a microprocessor-controlled stand-alone handheld device for software-based performance enhancement via the OBD2 interface. The system enables precise map optimization of the engine control unit (ECU) without mechanical intervention, opening the housing, or soldering work (no BDM/boot mode required).

Every CCT tuning flasher is permanently linked via hardware to your vehicle’s chassis number (VIN). This vehicle-specific configuration guarantees maximum data security and prevents programming errors caused by incompatible data sets. The system features a high-resolution touchscreen display that enables the guided programming process intuitively and without the need for an additional PC in the vehicle.

Functionality and safety features:

• Multi-Map Memory: The device offers storage capacity for up to 5 different performance levels or data sets (e.g., stock, Stage 1, Eco-Tuning, fuel map adjustments).

• 100% Revertible: The vehicle-specific original software (stock map) is backed up in the device before each flash operation. Reverting to factory settings is possible at any time with the push of a button.

• TÜV compliance: For legal use on public roads, the performance upgrade is backed by a corresponding TÜV parts certificate (registration possible under § 19.3 StVZO). Please contact us in advance regarding your vehicle type!

• OBD2 flash procedure: Data transfer takes place via the standardized on-board diagnostic system. The flasher’s communication protocols are tailored to the OEM security architecture of the respective ECU generation.
