With performance upgrades starting at Stage 2, the stock high-pressure pumps in EA888 engines quickly reach their flow capacity limits. A drop in fuel pressure in the rail system leads to dangerous lean-burn conditions and power losses. Thanks to the high-precision, enlarged pump piston, the Autotech Kit increases the flow rate by approximately 50% and guarantees stable fuel pressure even under extreme boost pressure.

• Recommended for: Engine outputs of approx. 300 PS or higher / Stage 2+

• Maximum power: Up to 500–550 PS, depending on the system components (upgrade turbocharger, injectors, low-pressure pump)

Installation & Software Instructions

• Installation: The conversion requires the removal, disassembly, and professional reassembly of the internal components of the original high-pressure fuel pump. Due to the work being performed on the high-pressure fuel system, absolute cleanliness must be maintained.

• Software Adjustment: No direct ECU adjustment is required for simply starting the engine or regular daily operation. To take full advantage of the additional power and increased fuel flow in high-boost setups, custom software optimization (ECU mapping) is necessary.
