Maximize the fuel supply to your Audi or VW TFSI engine with the genuine Autotech high-pressure pump upgrade kit. Specially developed for tuned engines, this upgrade kit enables power outputs of over 600 PS (or up to 1200 PS for V10 engines with two kits) without the need to purchase an expensive complete pump.

Unlike inferior knockoffs, Autotech relies on uncompromising U.S. quality. The CNC-machined piston features extremely tight manufacturing tolerances and is coated with a highly advanced DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) plasma coating. This guarantees absolutely wear-free operation even under extreme thermal and mechanical loads.

Vehicle Compatibility

Important Note: This kit is designed for 1st- and 2nd-generation 2.0 TFSI EA888 engines as well as for corresponding 2.5 TFSI and 3.0 TFSI engines.

Not compatible with EA113 timing belt engines or 3rd-generation (Gen. 3) EA888 engines. For EA888 Gen. 3, the corresponding Autotech pump kit 10.127.203K is required.

 

This upgrade kit fits the factory-installed high-pressure pumps on the following models:

Audi TT RS 2.5 TFSI (8J): Model years 2009–2012

Audi RS3 Sportback 2.5 TFSI (8P): Model years 2011–2012

Audi S4 / S5 (B8/B8.5): 3.0 TFSI

Audi SQ5 / Q7: 3.0 TFSI / TSI

Audi A4 / A5 / A6 / A7 / A8: 3.0 TFSI through approximately 2015

Audi A4 / A5 / A6 / Q5 / TT: 2.0 TFSI EA888 Gen. 1 & 2, depending on the engine configuration

VW Golf 6 GTI: 2.0 TSI EA888, e.g., CCZB, 211 PS

VW Golf 6 GTI Edition 35: 2.0 TSI – Please note: This model uses the EA113 engine and is therefore NOT compatible with this kit

VW Golf 7: only vehicles with the corresponding EA888 Gen. 1/2 engine

VW Touareg: 3.0 TSI

Special cases when using 2 kits: Audi R8 V10, RS6 V10, and Lamborghini Gallardo V10 with corresponding TFSI technology

⚠️ IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTE (Engine Protection!)

After installing a high-pressure pump or this upgrade kit, the engine must NOT be started immediately!

Procedure: Open the driver’s door and leave it open (or turn on the ignition) until the electric feed pump in the fuel tank has built up sufficient pressure and delivered fuel to the high-pressure pump. Listen for the audible signal indicating that the system is filled. Only then start the engine. Failure to do so will cause the high-pressure pump to run dry and fail immediately!
