Description plug&play 2.0 TFSI Downpipe:

The ø 76mm downpipe significantly reduces back pressure, relieving the turbo, which in turn provides more power and lower exhaust gas temperatures. The post-cat sensor may need to be programmed out. The downpipe is made of stainless steel except for the flanges, which are made of steel so that they do not warp and thus prevent leaks. The flange surfaces are machined. 2 lambda sensor ports M18x1.5mm are welded in. The connecting pipe to the exhaust has ø 60mm as original, we can also provide 76mm. Please specify when ordering.

The downpipe sits between the turbocharger and the exhaust. A 200 cell sport cat with ø 101mm diameter is welded in. Up to a maximum of 500HP can be run, but of course all other components such as intake, exhaust system, injectors, manifold, intercooler, turbo must also be fitted and the software adapted accordingly.

Upgrade turbochargers such as K04-064 plug & play also fit the downpipe, simply swapped 1:1 with the original.

The high-quality 200 cell sport cat has an E-mark with the E-number E9-103R-00.3083. This enables the Euro 5 emissions standard to be met even at 500 HP. (A prerequisite is a matching engine management / software and hardware).

The homologation certificate for the catalytic converter for the E-number E9-103R-00.3083 is included. This allows official entry in the vehicle registration document in dialogue with the TÜV.
