Shipping costs overview

For the fairest and most up-to-date shipping costs, these are calculated automatically during the ordering process. They are based on:

• the country of delivery (shipping zone),

• the total weight of the order,

• the selected shipping method (e.g. Standard or Express).

The actual shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart as well as at the latest before the order is placed.

Delivery time - deadline

The period for delivery begins, in the case of advance payment, the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank or, for other payment methods, the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, then the following working day shall apply instead.

Parcels within Germany are shipped with DHL or UPS. 

Parcels within Europe are shipped with DHL Express or UPS.

Parcels for worldwide shipping are shipped with DHL Express or UPS.
