Thanks to our many years of experience with upgrade and tuning turbochargers, you can trust us to repair your defective turbocharger! It doesn't matter whether your turbo is a standard turbocharger or an upgrade and tuning turbocharger. 
For our turbo service or turbocharger repair, we have access to the entire spare parts portfolio of all well-known manufacturers.
The repair of your turbocharger is carried out by master craftsmen: In addition to the use of state-of-the-art cleaning techniques (e.g. ultrasonic bath and various blasting media), the latest special machines are used.
At the end, we hand over a fully repaired, operational turbocharger: all high-quality components are then measured according to the manufacturer's specifications.
The boost pressure control with variable turbine geometry is set on the so-called flow bench. 
The turbo is finally fine-balanced at up to 300,000 rpm. We will provide you with a corresponding report.

Schedule for repairing your defective turbo: 

1. First, you need to remove your defective turbocharger.
   Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a direct removal service. 
   Important information about the turbo can often only be obtained after it has been removed. Therefore, please have your turbocharger removed by a specialist workshop or remove it yourself according to the manufacturer's specifications.
2. Fill out the order form.
   Please fill out the online order form provided here. This will give us all relevant data in advance. 
3. We will get back to you as soon as possible! 
   After reviewing your data, we will make an initial, non-binding assessment of your repair request. If the repair of your turbo is basically possible and makes economic sense, we will agree an inspection order with you. For a lump sum of €69.00 (incl. VAT), your turbo will be completely dismantled and all parts professionally inspected. We will inform you of the final result and a cost-effective offer price for the repair within a few working days. 
4. Packing and shipping
   We will inform you of the address to which you can send your defective turbo. Please make sure that you pack your turbo well. We recommend that you use at least double-walled cardboard boxes and sufficient packing and filling material. Please leave your turbo dismantled: So please do NOT take it apart before shipping! 
5. Back in your hands
   After the repair, we will send the repaired turbocharger back to your home address and you can reinstall the turbo.
   
   Attention! Important information regarding reinstallation: Only use new oil lines and seals for your repaired turbocharger. An oil change must be carried out. Reinstallation should be performed by a specialist workshop. Here, the primary cause of the previous turbo damage can also be inspected and remedied.
