Description plug&play 2.0 TFSI Downpipe:
The ø 89>76mm downpipe significantly reduces back pressure, relieving the turbocharger which results in more power and lower exhaust temperatures. The post-cat sensor may need to be programmed out. The downpipe is made of stainless steel except for the flanges, which are made of steel so they do not warp and thus prevent leaks. From the turbo, the bend to the flex joint is ø 89mm. The flange surfaces are machined. There are 2 lambda sensor ports M18x1.5mm welded in. The connecting pipe to the exhaust has ø 60mm as original, we can also supply this in 70mm or 76mm. Please specify when ordering.
The downpipe is positioned between the turbocharger and the exhaust. A 200 CPI sports cat with ø 110mm diameter is welded in. It can handle a maximum output of 500 HP, of course the other components such as intake, exhaust system, injectors, manifold, intercooler, turbocharger must also be installed and the software adapted accordingly. Upgrade turbochargers such as K04-064 plug & play also fit the downpipe, it is simply replaced 1:1 with the original.
Registration according to §21 StVZO must be carried out by an officially recognized expert. Registration cannot be guaranteed. As the emissions behavior depends on several properties such as exhaust temperature, engine power, displacement, etc., the specified Euro standard cannot be guaranteed.
