Scope of delivery:
- Downpipe TFSI for Golf 5 GTI, Golf 6 GTI, Seat Leon 1P, Audi A3, Audi TT 2.0 TFSI with 200 cell sports catalytic converter Euro 4 compliant in ø 76mm stainless steel from turbo ø 89mm to the flexpipe
- V-band clamp ø 76mm
Description plug&play 2.0 TFSI Downpipe:
The ø 89>76mm downpipe significantly reduces back pressure and relieves the turbo, which in turn provides more power and lower exhaust gas temperature. The downstream oxygen sensor may have to be reprogrammed. The downpipe is made of stainless steel except for the flanges, which are made of steel so that they do not distort and thus prevent leaks. From the turbo, the bend to the flex section is ø 89mm. The flange surfaces are machined. There are 2 lambda sensor ports M18x1.5mm welded in. The connecting pipe to the exhaust has ø 60mm as original, we can also supply this in 70mm or 76mm. Please specify when ordering.
The downpipe sits between the turbocharger and exhaust. A 200 cell sports catalytic converter with ø 110mm diameter is welded in. Up to 500HP can be achieved provided all other components such as intake, exhaust system, fuel injectors, manifold, intercooler, turbocharger are installed and the software is adjusted accordingly. Upgrade turbos such as K04-064 plug & play also fit the downpipe; it is simply exchanged 1:1 for the original.
Registration according to §21 StVZO must be carried out by an officially recognized expert. Registration cannot be guaranteed. Since the emission behavior depends on several factors such as exhaust gas temperature, engine output, displacement, etc., the declared Euro emission standard cannot be guaranteed.
