Description plug&play 2.0 TFSI Downpipe:

The ø 76mm downpipe significantly reduces back pressure, relieving the turbo, which in turn brings more power and lower exhaust temperatures. The downstream sensor may need to be programmed out. The Y-pipe is made of stainless steel, except for the flanges, which are made of steel so they do not warp and thus prevent leaks. The flange surfaces are machined. There are 2 lambda sensor connections M18x1.5mm welded in. The connecting pipe to the exhaust has ø 60mm as original, we can also provide 76mm—please specify when ordering.

The Y-pipe sits between the turbocharger and exhaust. A 200 cell sports cat with ø 101mm diameter is welded in. Outputs up to max. 500HP are possible, but of course the other components such as intake, exhaust system, injectors, manifold, intercooler, turbocharger must also be installed and the software adapted accordingly.

The downpipe also fits upgrade turbochargers such as K04-064 plug & play, and is simply exchanged 1:1 for the original.

The high-quality 200 cell sports cat has an E-mark with the E-number E9-103R-00.3083. This allows the Euro 5 emissions standard to be reached even at 500 HP. (Requirement for this is coordinated engine management / software and hardware).

The homologation certificate for the catalyst with the E-number E9-103R-00.3083 is supplied. This allows official registration in the vehicle papers in consultation with TÜV.
