Description:

Due to the stainless steel ø 76mm downpipe, the backpressure is significantly reduced, the turbo is relieved, which in turn brings more power, torque and lower exhaust gas temperature. The post-cat sensor may need to be programmed out. The downpipe is made of stainless steel except for the flanges, which are made of steel so that they do not warp and thus prevent leaks. The flange surfaces are machined. There are 2 lambda sensor connections M18x1.5mm welded in. The 200 cell cat has a diameter of ø 101mm. The downpipe sits between the turbocharger and the exhaust system. The connection to the exhaust is like the original.
Upgrade turbochargers such as K04-001 plug & play are also compatible with the downpipe.
The high-quality 200 cell sports catalytic converter has an E-mark with the E-number E9-103R-00.3083. With this, the Euro 4 emission standard can also be achieved with 500 hp+. (The prerequisite for this is a matching engine management / software and hardware).
The homologation certificate of the catalytic converter for the E-number E9-103R-00.3083 is supplied. This enables an official entry in the vehicle registration certificate in consultation with the TÜV.
