Scope of delivery:
- Downpipe for Audi S3 8L 209 hp TT 225 hp, 76mm stainless steel with 200 cell sport catalytic converter E-mark available up to Euro 4 (connection to the exhaust 76mm)
- incl. 3-hole gasket, V-band clamp + 76mm exhaust clamp
The downpipe is located between the turbocharger and the exhaust system. The connection to the exhaust is consistently 76mm. We offer a reducer sleeve (item 122517) for easy connection to the stock exhaust. This allows the downpipe to be installed plug & play.
Description:
The stainless steel ø 76mm downpipe significantly reduces backpressure, relieving the turbocharger, which in turn provides more power, torque and lower exhaust gas temperature. The post-catalyst sensor may need to be programmed out. The downpipe is made of stainless steel except for the flanges, which are made of steel so they do not warp and thus prevent leaks. The flange surfaces are machined and the V-band connection is male / female which seals itself and is self-centering. Two lambda sensor ports M18x1.5mm and an interlock flex pipe are welded in.
The downpipe also fits upgrade turbochargers such as K04-023 plug & play. The downpipe is replaced 1:1 with the original.
The high-quality 200 cell sport catalytic converter has an E-mark with the E-Number E9-103R-00.3083. This enables the Euro 4 emission standard to be achieved even with 500 hp. (This requires the appropriate engine management / software and hardware).
The homologation certificate of the catalytic converter for the E-Number E9-103R-00.3083 is included. This enables the official registration in the vehicle documents in consultation with the TÜV.

- Audi TT 1.8T 225 hp Quattro (8N)
- Audi S3 1.8T 209-225 hp Quattro (8L)
- Seat Leon Cupra R 1M (a 2-hole flange must be purchased and welded to the exhaust)
Registration:
For individual approval in accordance with §21 StVZO, please ask your TÜV inspector.
Please note that installing this item constitutes a modification which results in the loss of the vehicle's operating permit according to StVZO. Not approved for use on public roads.
