Description:
Our exhaust systems are supplied by Friedrich Motorsport. Before the systems are released to the market, the product development department creates a prototype. This prototype is always fitted directly to the vehicle, sound tests are conducted, and engine efficiency and backpressure are measured. This guarantees 100% fit accuracy and engine harmony. Because a turbocharged engine, unlike a naturally aspirated engine, does not require exhaust backpressure. For turbocharged vehicles, absorption mufflers are used, and for naturally aspirated engines, a chamber system is employed; both are highly sound-absorbing and still deliver a robust, sporty sound (of course, this is a matter of personal opinion). The sport exhaust systems mostly all have EC type-approval (see description).
