Description plug&play 2.0 TFSI Downpipe:

The ø 76mm downpipe significantly reduces back pressure, which relieves the turbocharger, resulting in more power and lower exhaust gas temperatures. The post-cat sensor may need to be coded out. The downpipe is made of stainless steel except for the flanges, which are made of steel so they won’t warp, thus preventing leaks. The flange surfaces are machined. There are 2 M18x1.5mm lambda sensor connections welded in. The connecting pipe to the exhaust has ø 60mm as standard, but we can provide it in 76mm as well; please specify when ordering.

The downpipe sits between the turbocharger and the exhaust. A 200-cell sport cat with ø 101mm diameter is welded in. It can handle up to 500 hp; of course, the other components such as intake, exhaust system, injectors, manifold, intercooler, and turbocharger must also be installed and the software adapted accordingly.

Upgrade turbochargers such as K04-064 plug & play also fit the downpipe; it is simply replaced 1:1 with the original.

The high-quality 200-cell sport cat has an E-mark with the E-number E9-103R-00.3083. This enables the Euro 5 emissions standard to be met, even at 500 hp. (This requires matching engine management/software and hardware.)

The homologation certificate for the catalytic converter with E-number E9-103R-00.3083 is supplied. This allows for official entry in the registration document in consultation with TÜV.
