Description plug&play 2.0 TFSI Downpipe:

The ø 76mm downpipe significantly reduces backpressure, which relieves the turbocharger, in turn providing more power and lower exhaust gas temperature. The post-cat sensor may need to be programmed out. The downpipe is made of stainless steel, except for the flanges, which are made of steel so they do not warp, thus preventing leaks. The flange surfaces are machined. There are 2 lambda sensor ports M18x1.5mm welded in. The connecting pipe to the exhaust has ø 76mm, it can also be ordered with a reducer sleeve 76>60mm as original. The downpipe sits between the turbocharger and the exhaust. A 100-cell sports catalytic converter with ø 120mm diameter is welded in. Up to 500HP can be achieved, of course, the other components such as intake, exhaust system, injectors, manifold, intercooler, turbocharger must also be installed and software adapted. Upgrade turbochargers such as K04-064 plug & play also fit the downpipe; it is simply replaced 1:1 against the original.
