    The following components must be installed:   1x Borgwarner upgrade turbocharger KKK K04-015 K06 for Audi A4, A6 1.8T, Passat 1.8T    4x Bosch 470cc fuel injector at 3 bar EV6 for VR6 16v Turbo  1x Silicone intake hose for Audi A4, A6 Passat 1.8T B5 + B6  150 hp blue or black  1x Racing cat sport cat 200-cell cat for Audi A4 B5 B6 8E A6 1.8T Passat 3b+BG plug&pl  1x Turbo exhaust manifold 1.8T A4 A6 Passat K03 upgrade slotted turbo manifold cast manifold  1x Front intercooler for Audi A4 A6 1.8T B5 VW Passat 3B FMIC intercooler  1x Downpipe for Audi A4 A6 1.8T 5B, Passat 1.8T 3B 3BG ø 63mm 2.5" stainless steel, 80mm mass air flow sensor 
    The control unit must be sent to us.
     
    Procedure:
    - You must send us your control unit. Once the control unit has arrived with us, it takes approx. 2 working days until it is shipped back to you. Shipping then takes approx. 1-3 days to you.- Please specify which parts you have installed, i.e. which parts were replaced compared to the original ones. Either write an email or enclose a note with the control unit.

    Anyone exceeding a certain power level with the 1.8T engine will quickly reach the limits of physics with the original sensors and valves. To avoid incorrect measurements and power loss, we recommend these two essential upgrades to our customers:

    • 1) Upgrade mass air flow sensor 80mm (Item 280128) From an output of approx. 230+ hp, the original MAF housing reaches saturation. The result: The control unit receives incorrect measurements and can no longer calculate the mixture cleanly. The enlarged 80mm housing ensures optimal flow and precise values even at high boost pressure.

    • 2) Performance pulse valve / control valve N75 (Item 160200) The original OEM boost pressure control valve is often too weak for higher boost pressures. It tends to regulate imprecisely, which leads to boost pressure drops and noticeable power loss. Our performance valve works extremely quickly and stably – the perfect choice for your electronic boost controller and consistent boost pressure build-up.
