    - electronic throttle bodies

    Description:

N75 Control Valve – Extra Strong for High Boost Pressure

This reinforced N75 control valve is specifically designed for performance-enhanced vehicles and is ideal for engines with increased boost pressure. Compared to the stock version, it offers higher load capacity, more precise boost pressure control, and stable operation even at high pressures.

Perfectly suited for turbo conversions, Stage 2/Stage 3 setups, and vehicles with hybrid or big turbos, the N75 valve ensures consistent performance, faster response times, and protects the turbocharger from unwanted pressure spikes.

    Advantages at a glance:

    • For high boost pressure and performance-optimized engines

    • Robust construction for maximum reliability

    • Precise boost pressure control

    • Ideal for tuning and motorsport applications

    • Pulse frequency: 32 Hz at 13.5 V

Additional information on connecting the N75 control valve:

    1) The pneumatic connection (silicone vacuum hoses)

The N75 valve is connected using 6mm silicone vacuum hoses (due to their high heat and pressure resistance near the turbo) as follows:

    • Input: Hose from the boost pressure source (supercharger housing or intercooler pipe) to the valve.

    • Output: Hose from the valve to the turbo actuator.

    • Return line: Hose from the valve back into the intake manifold (before the turbo).

    2. The electronic connection (the steam wheel)

The electronic throttle body replaces the timing control provided by the original engine control unit:

    • The 2-pin connector of the N75 valve is connected directly to the wiring harness of the electronic wastegate actuator.

    • The stepper motor now sends an electronic pulse signal (PWM) to the valve.

The principle: Depending on the setting on the steam wheel, the N75 valve allows more or less pressure to pass through to the turbo actuator. This causes the wastegate to open later, and the boost pressure rises exactly to the desired value.
