Scope of delivery:
- Downpipe for Audi A4 A6 1.8T B6 Quattro ø 76mm 3" made of stainless steel with interlock flex pipe
Description:
- The Y-pipe sits between the catalytic converter and the exhaust system. It is screwed to the original catalytic converter or our plug&play 200 cell catalytic converter with item no.340106 can be used. It has a cross-section of 76mm (original 54mm), an Interlook flex pipe is installed. The larger downpipe reduces the back pressure, relieves the turbo and allows more power to be delivered, up to 450 hp depending on the components installed. The pipe is bent and only welded at the flex piece and flange. To get to the original exhaust system you have to use a reduction of 76>54mm, but usually larger exhaust systems are used for tuning.

- Audi A4 B6 1.8T Quattro 150hp, 163hp, 190hp AVJ, BFB, BEX
- Audi A6 C5 1.8T Quattro 150hp AEB, APU, ANB, AWT, ARK
and also for the following upgrade turbochargers:

- Borgwarner K04-015 / K06
- Borgwarner K04-015 / TFSI compressor wheel

We are looking for someone with an Audi A4 B6 1.8T BEX engine code in the Hamburg area who will make their car available to us for 4 appointments for a parts certificate (ABE) (1-2 hours).
1st appointment noise measurement in original condition.
2nd appointment performance measurement in original condition
3rd appointment noise measurement after installation of the downpipe 63.5mm 220154
4th appointment performance measurement after installation of the downpipe 63.5mm 220154
You can install the downpipe yourself or have it installed by our partner workshops for an additional charge. If the measurements with the larger downpipe 76mm 220178 are within the tolerance range, you will receive a parts certificate in accordance with § 19 (§) StVZO. This allows you to register the downpipe without any problems.
Registration:
For an individual approval according to §21 StVZO please ask your TÜV inspector.
We would like to point out that the installation of this article constitutes a modification which invalidates the vehicle's operating license in accordance with the StVZO. Not permitted for use on public roads.
