Description:
The stainless steel ø 76mm downpipe significantly reduces the back pressure, relieves the turbo, resulting in more power, torque and lower exhaust gas temperature. The downstream sensor must be programmed out. The Y-pipe is made of stainless steel except for the flanges, which are made of steel so that they do not warp and thus prevent leaks. The flange surfaces are flat and the V-band connection is male/female and self-sealing as well as self-centering. The connection to the turbo is made with a three-hole flange to which a V-band connection is attached. This is then connected to the first pipe section of the downpipe, so that the upper part of the Y-pipe can be rotated. There are 2 lambda sensor connections M18x1.5mm and an interlock flex pipe welded in. The Y-pipe sits between the turbocharger and the exhaust system. The connection to the exhaust is as original.

A 200 cell cat is recommended. An output of up to max. 450 hp can be achieved, of course the other components such as the exhaust system, injection nozzles, manifold, intercooler, turbocharger must also be installed and the software adapted accordingly. Upgrade turbochargers such as K04-023 plug & play also fit the downpipe. The downpipe is replaced 1:1 with the original.
