Scope of delivery: - Downpipe ø 76mm stainless steel with interlock flex pipe with 100-cell race cat for Audi/VW 1.8T 150 hp and 180 hp with transversely mounted engines and front-wheel drive(Exhaust connection in 76mm or with reducer sleeve to original 55mm, please specify when ordering) - incl. gasket set 2x gasket, 3x screws, nuts and washers Description: *improved quality*The ø 76mm stainless steel downpipe significantly reduces backpressure, the turbocharger is relieved which in turn brings more power, torque and lower exhaust gas temperatures. The post-cat sensor may need to be programmed out. The downpipe is made of stainless steel except for the flanges, which are made of steel so they do not warp and thus prevent leaks. The flange surfaces are machined. Two M18x1.5mm lambda sensor ports are welded in. The 100-cell cat has a diameter of ø 120mm. The downpipe sits between turbocharger and exhaust system. The connection to the exhaust is like the original. It can support up to a maximum of 400 hp, but naturally the other components such as exhaust system, fuel injectors, manifold, intercooler, t urbocharger must also be installed and the software adjusted accordingly.
