Scope of delivery:
- Downpipe for Audi A4 A6 1.8T B6, Passat 1.8T 3BG/5B, ø 76mm 3" made of stainless steel
Description:
- The downpipe is positioned between the catalytic converter and the exhaust system. It is bolted to the original catalytic converter, or our plug&play 200-cell catalytic converter with the item no. 340106 can be used. It has a diameter of 76mm (original 54mm), includes an Interlook flex pipe and brackets. The larger downpipe reduces backpressure, relieves the turbo, and allows for higher performance, depending on the installed components up to 450hp. The pipe is bent and only welded at the flex section and flange. To connect to the original exhaust system, you must use a reducer sleeve from 76>54mm, but most of the time, larger exhaust systems are used for tuning.

- Audi A4 1.8T B6 150hp, 163hp, 190hp
- Audi A6 1.8T C5
- Passat 1.8t 3BG / 5B GP
and also for the following upgrade turbochargers:
- Borgwarner K04-015 53049880015
- Borgwarner K04-015 / K06
- Borgwarner K04-015 / TFSI impeller

We are looking for someone with an Audi A4 B6 1.8T BEX engine code in the Hamburg area who can provide their car for 4 appointments for a parts certificate (ABE) (1-2 hours).
1st appointment noise measurement in original condition.
2nd appointment performance measurement in original condition
3rd appointment noise measurement after installation of the downpipe 63.5mm 220154
4th appointment performance measurement after installation of the downpipe 63.5mm 220154
The downpipe can be installed by yourself or for an extra charge at our partner workshops. If the measurements with the larger downpipe 63.5mm 220154 are within the tolerance range, you will receive a parts certificate according to § 19 (§) StVZO. This allows you to register the downpipe without any problems.
Registration:
For individual approval under §21 StVZO, please ask your TÜV inspector.
We would like to point out that installing this item constitutes a modification that causes the operating permit of the vehicle under the StVZO to expire. Not approved for use on public roads.
