Description:
Our exhaust systems come from Sweden from the manufacturer Ray. They are distributed under the Simons brand and are manufactured to ISO9001:2008 standard. Before the systems come to market, a prototype is created by the product development department. This is always adapted directly to the vehicle, a sound test is carried out, engine efficiency and back pressure measured. This guarantees 100% accuracy of fit and engine harmony. Because a turbo engine, unlike a naturally aspirated engine, does not require exhaust back pressure. For turbocharged vehicles, absorption mufflers are used and for naturally aspirated engines a chamber system, both are very sound-absorbing and still have a robust, sporty sound (of course, this is in the eye of the beholder). The sports exhaust systems usually all have EC type approval (see description).
