Product Description:

The titanium heat shield is specially designed for effective thermal insulation of turbochargers. It significantly reduces the radiant heat from the turbine housing, thereby contributing to lower temperatures in the engine compartment and protecting surrounding components.

Thanks to the high-temperature-resistant titanium material, the jacket remains dimensionally stable and durable even under extreme conditions. At the same time, it supports improved thermal efficiency of the exhaust system and can help stabilize boost pressure conditions.

Lower temperatures in the engine compartment can also positively affect the intake air temperature and, under certain conditions, contribute to higher engine performance.

The flexible design enables easy installation and optimal adjustment to different turbocharger housings.
