The Autotec 2.0L TFSI / TSI fuel pump upgrade kit ensures a constant fuel supply for engines with increased fuel demand. While the stock high-pressure pump reaches its limits with performance upgrades, this kit enables a flow rate increase of approx. 50% through an enlarged pump piston.

Maximum power: Depending on peripheral components, between 500 and 550 PS
Function: Prevents a drop in gasoline pressure in the rail system under high load
The conversion requires the removal, disassembly, and proper reinstallation of the original injection pump. Due to the work on the fuel system, absolute cleanliness must be observed.
Software adjustment: No change to the engine control unit (ECU) software is required for pure engine starting and regular driving operation. To realize the full potential of the kit and higher performance figures, corresponding software optimization is necessary.
Recommendation: As part of the conversion, the bucket tappet of the high-pressure pump should be replaced preventively.
Important installation note: This upgrade kit is exclusively compatible with the high-pressure fuel pumps of the 2.0 TFSI / TSI timing belt engines (e.g. engine codes AXX, BWA, BYD, CDLA, CDLG etc.). It does not fit pure chain-driven engines (EA888 generations).
