Product description

In-tank fuel pump 340 l/h (E85-compatible) – up to 500 PS

High-performance fuel pump for in-tank installation to ensure a reliable fuel supply for tuned engines. With a flow rate of 340 liters per hour at 3 bar , the pump provides the necessary flow rate to prevent fuel starvation and thermal overloads under full load as well as during dynamic cornering.

Thanks to its compact design (39 mm housing diameter, similar to common “ Walbro ” systems), this fuel pump serves as a direct upgrade solution for OEM in-tank modules. The system is compatible with both conventional fuels and E85 (ethanol) .

Technical Specifications & Overview

Flow rate:340 l/h at 3 bar
Performance potential:up to 500 PS
Diameter:39 mm
Total length:108 mm
Installation type:For in-tank installation only
Fuel compatibility:Gasoline, Super Plus, E85 (ethanol)
Applications:Naturally Aspirated and Turbocharged Engines (Carburetor & Fuel Injection)

Product Features & Benefits

  • Constant system pressure: Ensures the precise spray pattern of the fuel injectors even at high fuel demand.
  • Compact dimensions: A housing diameter of 39 mm allows for easy installation in the standard Schwalbenwand or fuel tank insert.
  • Comprehensive package contents: Includes a vehicle-independent connector, fuel strainer (filter), and rubber mounting bracket.
  • Various intake configurations: Available with different filter positions (please compare with the original part before purchasing).

Important Safety Note Regarding the Electrical System

Due to its increased flow rate, the pump has a higher current draw than standard OEM pumps. For vehicles with a small wire gauge in the factory fuel pump control system, it is strongly recommended to route the power supply through a separate relay with a direct battery connection and appropriate fuse protection to prevent voltage drops or damage to the wiring harness.
