Description:
- The downpipe is located between the catalytic converter and the exhaust system. It is bolted to the original catalytic converter, or our plug-and-play 200-CPI catalytic converter (item no. 340106) can be used. It has a cross-section of 63 mm (original: 54 mm), and an Interlook flexible pipe and brackets are included. The larger downpipe reduces back pressure, relieves the turbo, and allows for increased power output—up to 330 PS, depending on the components installed. The pipe is bent and welded only at the flexible section and the flange. To connect to the original exhaust system, you’ll need to use a 63 > 54 mm reducer sleeve, thoughlarger exhaust systems are typically used in tuning applications.
