Scope of delivery:
- Downpipe ø 76mm stainless steel with interlock flex pipe with 200-cell race cat Euro 4 suitable for Audi/VW 1.8T 150 hp and 180 hp with transversely mounted engines and front-wheel drive
(Connection to exhaust in 55mm as original or at 76mm (3"), please specify when ordering)

Description:
*improved quality and with V-band connection*
The ø 76mm stainless steel downpipe significantly reduces the back pressure, relieving the turbo, which in turn provides more power, torque and lower exhaust gas temperatures. The post-cat sensor may need to be programmed out. The downpipe is made of stainless steel except for the flanges, which are made of steel to prevent warping and thus prevent leaks. The flange surfaces are machined. Two lambda sensor ports M18x1.5mm are welded in. The 200-cell cat has a diameter of ø 100mm. The downpipe sits between the turbocharger and the exhaust system. The connection to the exhaust is as original. It can handle power up to max. 400 hp, but of course all the other components such as exhaust system, fuel injectors, manifold, intercooler, t urbocharger must also be installed and the software must be adjusted accordingly. Upgrade turbochargers such as K04-001 plug & play also fit the downpipe.
Registration according to §21 StVZO must be carried out by an officially recognized expert. Registration cannot be guaranteed. Since the exhaust behavior depends on several factors such as exhaust gas temperature, engine power, displacement, etc., the specified Euro standard cannot be guaranteed.
