Description:- The downpipe sits between the turbo and exhaust system. It is bolted to the original turbo. It has a cross-section of 76mm (original 54mm), an interlock flex pipe and brackets are installed. The larger downpipe lowers back pressure, relieves the turbo and allows for more power output depending on the components installed, up to 450hp. To connect to the original exhaust system, a reduction sleeve from 76>54mm must be used, but larger exhaust systems are usually used for tuning.
When fitting, ensure that the flange on the turbo is only lightly attached at first, then connect the DP with the exhaust, align and then tighten the screws on the flange.

install catalytic converter dummy pipes, catalytic converter replacement pipes, downpipes without catalytic converter or without particulate filter
because this worsens the exhaust and/or noise characteristics.
