Description:
A weak point of the VAG 1.8T engines is the standard hose between the crankcase ventilation and the intake manifold. This tears due to the pressure in the intake manifold. This allows the boost pressure to escape. In addition to a sudden, or even gradual loss of power, 1.8T engines without a MAP sensor also have an excessively rich fuel mixture as a result. The upgrade hose offered solves this problem thanks to the significantly more robust rubber compound and high-quality clamps. A must for 1.8T engines.
