Since we cannot perform a technical inspection of the vehicle in advance or measure it on a dynamometer, the software is based on our extensive experience and dynamometer data from comparable vehicle setups.
We rely on numerous proven and reliable mappings that have been specifically tuned for similar combinations of turbochargers, fuel injectors, mass airflow sensors, and other hardware.
The included base application ensures reliable operation of the vehicle with the modifications made.
IMPORTANT:
This software is expressly not intended for continuous full-throttle driving, track use, or extreme loads.
For maximum performance, optimal drivability, and the highest level of operational reliability, we generally recommend individual tuning on a dynamometer. Only there can the software be precisely adapted to the actual condition and mechanical characteristics of the engine.
For safety reasons, our base maps are intentionally set slightly richer than the stock settings. This prevents the engine from running too lean under load, which could cause damage.
Should any issues arise after installing the modified control unit, we are of course available by phone to work with you to find a solution.
Please note, however:
ATTENTION:
In the context of legal rectification attempts, we expressly refer to the technical inspection on the dynamometer at CCT Motorsport GmbH. Only there can modifications be professionally inspected and necessary adjustments reliably carried out.

Anyone pushing a 1.8T engine past a certain power threshold will quickly hit the physical limits of the OEM sensors and valves. To mitigate measurement errors and power loss, we recommend these two essential upgrades to our customers:
1) 80mm Air Flow Meter Upgrade (Item 280128) Starting at a power output of approx. 230+ hp the original LMM housing reaches saturation. The result: The control unit receives incorrect measurements and can no longer calculate the mixture accurately. The enlarged 80mm housing ensures optimal flow and precise readings even at high boost pressure.
2) Performance Pulse Valve / Control Valve N75 (Item 160200) The original OEM boost control valve is often too weak for higher boost pressures. It tends to regulate imprecisely, leading to boost pressure drops and noticeable power loss. Our performance valve operates extremely quickly and stably—the perfect choice for your electronic steam bike and consistent boost pressure build-up.
