Product description:
- The basis of this turbocharger is the Borgwarner K04-015 53049880015; it is installed in longitudinally mounted Audi / Seat / VW 1.8T engines and features a milled compressor wheel from the Audi S3 8P K04-064 and compressor housing from the RS4. The turbo fits 1:1 and replaces the original. All connections are as original, except the turbo inlet is slightly larger. The software must be adapted to the turbo. To achieve an output of approx. 300hp, the following must be installed: silicone intake hose, 380cc injectors, intercooler kit, upgrade manifold, 200 cell sport cat, min. 63.5mm downpipe and exhaust system. With the correct ECU adjustment, up to 300hp is possible. We source the turbo from a German Borgwarner distributor.
