Please note that installing this product constitutes a modification that invalidates the vehicle’s operating permit under the StVZO. Use on public roads is not permitted.
In some cases, the exhaust system may be registered in accordance with §21 StVZO following successful noise and performance testing.
Description:
Our exhaust systems come from Sweden from the brand Simonsand are manufactured according to the ISO 9001:2008 standard. Before the systems are released to the market, the product development department creates a prototype. This prototype is always fitted directly to the vehicle, sound tests are conducted, and engine efficiency and backpressure are measured. This guarantees a 100% precise fit and engine harmony. This is because a turbocharged engine, unlike a naturally aspirated engine, does not require exhaust backpressure. For turbocharged vehicles, absorption mufflers are used, while chamber systems are used for naturally aspirated engines; both are highly sound-absorbing yet still produce a robust, sporty sound (though this is, of course, a matter of personal preference). Most of the sport exhaust systems have EC type approval (see description).
