Description:
Our exhaust systems come from Sweden from the Simons brand and are manufactured to ISO9001:2008 standard. Before the systems are launched on the market, a prototype is created by the product development department. This prototype is always fitted directly to the vehicle, sound tests are carried out, engine efficiency and backpressure are measured. This guarantees 100% accuracy of fit and engine harmony. This is because a turbocharged engine, in contrast to a naturally aspirated engine, does not require exhaust backpressure. Absorption silencers are used for turbocharged vehicles and a chamber system for naturally aspirated engines; both are very effective at sound insulation and still provide a robust, sporty sound (of course, this is a matter of opinion). Most sport exhaust systems have EC type approval (see description).
