Scope of delivery:

• 1x high-performance downpipe made of high-quality stainless steel (diameter: ø 70mm / 2.75 inches)

• 2x matching, heat-resistant metal gaskets for an absolutely gas-tight installation

Description & tuning benefits: This precision-made ø 70mm stainless steel downpipe replaces the restrictive original exhaust pipe directly behind the turbocharger. Thanks to the significantly enlarged cross-section and the flow-optimized pipe routing, exhaust backpressure is drastically reduced.

The result is a noticeable mechanical relief for the turbocharger:

• Faster response: The K16 turbo spools up significantly earlier, and the notorious turbo lag is noticeably minimized.

• Effective additional performance: Thanks to the improved flow, power and torque increase across the entire rev range, making this downpipe the perfect basis for stage performance upgrades.

• Thermal relief: The exhaust gas temperature (EGT) directly at the turbine outlet drops significantly, which massively increases the service life of the turbocharger and the entire C20LET engine even under full load.

Suitable for:

• Opel Calibra A Turbo 4x4: 2.0L 16V Turbo with 150 kW / 204 hp (engine code: C20LET) – suitable for the original KKK K16 production turbocharger as well as identical upgrade turbochargers.
