Scope of delivery:
- Downpipe Downpipe Quattro for Audi A3 TT 1.8T 180HP ø 76mm stainless steel with 200-CPI racing catalytic converter.
Product description:
The stainless steel ø 76mm downpipe significantly reduces backpressure, relieving the turbocharger, which in turn delivers more power, torque, and lower exhaust gas temperatures. The post-catalyst sensor may need to be programmed out. The downpipe is made of stainless steel except for the flanges, which are made of steel to prevent warping and thus avoid leaks. The flange surfaces are machined. Two M18x1.5mm lambda sensor connections are welded in. The 200-cell catalytic converter has a diameter of ø 120mm. The downpipe is located between the turbocharger and the exhaust system. The connection to the exhaust is the same as original. It can handle up to a maximum of 400HP, but of course the other components such as exhaust system, fuel injectors, manifold, intercooler, turbocharger must also be installed and the software adjusted accordingly. Upgraded turbochargers such as K04-001 plug & play also fit the downpipe.
