Scope of delivery: - Downpipe, 76 mm diameter, stainless steel, for Audi/VW 1.8T 150 hp and 180 hp with transversely mounted engines and front-wheel drive * - Includes gasket and V-band clampProduct description: The stainless steel 76mm downpipe significantly reduces backpressure, relieving the turbocharger, which in turn delivers more power, torque, and lower exhaust gas temperatures. The post-catalyst sensor may need to be programmed out. The Downpipe is made of stainless steel except for the flanges, which are made of steel to prevent warping and thus prevent leaks. The flange surfaces are machined. Two M18x1.5mm lambda sensor connections are welded in. The Downpipe is located between the turbocharger and the exhaust system. The connection to the exhaust is the same as the original. It can handle up to 400 hp; of course, other components such as the exhaust system, fuel injectors, exhaust manifold, intercooler, and turbocharger must also be installed, and the software must be adjusted accordingly.
