Scope of delivery:
- Downpipe for Audi A3 8v, Seat Leon III, Golf 7 GTI 2.0 TFSI ø 76mm stainless steel with interlock flexible pipe
- Clamp ø 76mm
Description:
Some modification work may be required; space is particularly tight around the ABS pump.
The ø 76mm downpipe significantly reduces back pressure, relieving the turbocharger, which in turn delivers more power and lower exhaust gas temperatures. The post-catalyst sensor may need to be programmed out. The downpipe is made of stainless steel except for the flanges, which are made of steel to prevent distortion and thus leaks. The flange surfaces are machined. Two lambda sensor ports M18x1.5mm are welded in. The connecting pipe to the exhaust has ø 60mm as original. The downpipe is positioned between the turbocharger and the exhaust. A 200-cpi catalytic converter is recommended. It can handle up to 500 hp; of course, the other components such as intake system, exhaust system, injectors, manifold, intercooler, turbocharger must also be installed and the software adapted accordingly.
