Description:
- the turbocharger is installed in the longitudinally mounted Audi / Seat / VW 1.8T engines such as Audi A4 B5 1.8T or Passat 3B 1.8T. The turbocharger fits 1:1 and replaces the original. All connections are as original, except the turbo inlet is slightly 50mm. For this you must use this intake hose: 380905 or 380906 The software must be adapted to the turbo. In order to achieve a power output of approx. 300hp, the following must be installed: silicone intake hose, 380cc injectors, intercooler kit, upgrade manifold, 200 cell sports cat, min. 63.5mm downpipe and exhaust system. With the right ECU adaptation, up to 300hp are possible.

Please note that after replacing the turbocharger, the oil supply and return lines must be replaced. These are available from your VAG dealer.
- Compressor wheel 60>46.5mm from milled aluminum block
- Turbine wheel 50>42mm (original 45>42mm) as from 53049880023 S3 TT 1.8T turbocharger with rotor refinement
- Wastegate actuator opening pressure approx. 0.5 bar (stronger actuator 0.7 bar is available under item no. 460139)
