Flexible and customizable: Metal catalytic converter in cylinder housing

Our universal metal catalytic converters in cylindrical stainless steel housings are the all-rounders for custom exhaust system construction. They offer maximum flexibility for integration into existing or custom-built downpipes:

• Direct pipe integration: Thanks to its compact, perfectly cylindrical design, the metal catalytic converter can be seamlessly and space-savingly welded directly into the exhaust system within the cylinder.

• Tapered Connections (60mm to >76mm): The housing features tapered ends. These can be precisely cut to the exact point that matches your desired pipe diameter as needed. Whether it’s a standard connection with a 60mm opening or a full-length upgraded exhaust system in 76mm (3 inches) or larger – the taper can be expanded to fit any size.

Monoliths for welding into existing systems

If the original catalytic converter housing or the existing downpipe structure needs to be retained due to space constraints, we offer separate monoliths (catalytic converter cores). These high-strength metal cores can be welded directly into an existing system or housing. They are the ideal choice for replacing defective stock ceramic cores with an upgradeable, vibration-resistant metal matrix without having to purchase the entire component anew.

With both our separate monoliths for welding in and our metal catalysts in the cylinder housing, you have full control over the flow and filtration performance. We offer you a precise selection of different performance levels:

• 100-CPI (100 cpsi): Maximum flow, minimal backpressure – ideal for pure motorsport projects and maximum performance enhancement.

• 200-CPI (200 cpsi): The perfect all-rounder. Offers excellent exhaust gas flow combined with high conversion efficiency to meet emissions standards.

• 300-CPI (300 cpsi): Optimal filtration performance with significantly reduced backpressure compared to restrictive OEM ceramic catalysts.

Maximum quality for long-term compliance with Euro standards up to 450 hp

The metal catalytic converters we offer are characterized by an extremely high-quality coating and precise winding of the matrix. While inferior catalytic converters quickly lose their precious metals under high thermal stress, the high-end workmanship of our products guarantees outstanding long-term durability.

• Long-lasting exhaust gas purification: Even after long and intensive use in the performance sector, the chemical conversion remains fully functional. The specified emission classes from Euro 3 to Euro 6 can thus be consistently and reliably met.

• Performance limit: A single catalytic converter covers an extremely wide range and is designed for power outputs of up to approx. 450 hp per unit.

Note on ECU Tune: Clean, professional engine and software ECU Tune is an absolute prerequisite for both realizing the full performance potential and ensuring compliance with the respective Euro emission standard during the test cycle.
